Our Guarantee

We guarantee you will be fully satisfied with the quality, capabilities and impact of our workshops. They are the same first quality corporate training programs leased annually by large organizations to train hundreds to thousands of people.

If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery of an order we will give you a full refund. Also, should you be dissatisfied with a workshop after conducting the training we will give you a partial credit or refund. Review our Refund/Credit Policies and Instructions for details.

Refund/Credit Policies & Instructions

100% Refund Guarantee

Should you order any 60 MINUTES for IMPACT® workshop and change your mind within 30 days of delivery, you may return the materials for a 100% refund. There are a few conditions that apply.

  • All materials must be returned in their original packaging and packing materials.
  • All materials must be unused and undamaged.
  • Materials must be received by us no later than 40 days following delivery to you.
  • You must return the materials at your expense.
  • A written explanation for the return must accompany the materials.
  • You must notify us about your decision prior to returning the materials. Submit this notification through eMail at refund@impact60learning.com.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the materials. Should the above conditions be met, you will be refunded any and all money paid; including charges for materials/printing, shipping and handling costs and any applicable taxes. Moreover, you will be reimbursed the charges incurred to return the materials. Should the materials not be returned in their original condition (or are damaged), we will access their recoverable value and negotiate an equitable settlement with you. The refund will be credited to your credit card account up to the full amount paid. If necessary, a company check will be issued for any amount owed (such as the reimbursement of out-of-pocket shipping costs) above what was paid at the time of order.

50% Credit or Refund Guarantee

Should you order any 60 MINUTES for IMPACT® workshop title, use the materials, and are dissatisfied for any reason, you may seek either a credit or refund of 50% of the materials and printing costs. There are a few conditions that apply:

  • This credit or refund will apply only to the materials and printing costs.
  • A written statement must be sent to us explaining the reason(s) for the dissatisfaction; i.e., why and how the workshop failed to meet expectations, etc. Also, declare how you want the guarantee to be handled: applied as a credit on your account or refunded to your credit card account.
  • Your written statement may be submitted by eMial sent to credit-refund@impact60learning.com.
  • A copy of the order must be submitted along with your written statement.

You are eligibility for this credit or refund (one time) on each individual workshop title. Therefore, should you purchase a workshop title after receiving a credit or refund on that same workshop you will not be eligible for another credit or refund on that workshop.

We offer regular ground and expedited shipping through FedEx. Options are based on availability in your area.

Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping cost will depend upon the gross weight of the materials ordered, shipping destination, and type and size of the container used to ship the item(s) purchased. You will see shipping cost options in the checkout process prior to completing your each order.

Tracking Your Order

Once an order is ready for shipping you will receive a notice with your tacking number.
